    Got my brother coming round in half an hour (8.15pm) to go online and buy himself a PC with my advice:crazy: He only needs it for email and web surfing and won't be using it for media or gaming. What's the best machine for around £300 with monitor? 29 mins to go.....

    Samsung do a gorgeous netbook for £300 ish try currys and if buying online use vat3 when you checkout to get 3% extra discount

    Thanks for your help chaps-He ended up buying a Dell Inspiron, 250Gb with RAM upgraded to 2Gb. Will be perfect for him with 19" flat panel. I want a new toy now!!
