Is there any way to incorporate the attenuate wire into a different battery powered module in the car other than the radio? Basically so that the power to a device is stopped when the mobile phone is in use and therefore the attenuate signal is being passed. Also, how DOES the attenuate wire work? Is it a simple current that passes through the wire that activates a module that tells the component to perform a different action (eg. mute with the car radio) or what?
