One of my favourites, as cheesy and 80s as it is, is the soundtrack to Beverly Hills Cop I.

Also love most of the theme tunes to other old cheesy crap like Monkey, Knight Rider, Dukes of Hazzard, Fall Guy, Magnum etc.

John, that 70s soundtrack music is very authentic-sounding (so my mate Dave tells me).

Hardon Carmen?

I think we've both done that gag a few times over the years!

I just searched "karman hardon" to see how many times I've done it (and I think got away with it) and it's a few lol.

Then I noticed a couple of your posts in the results! :D

I'll guess at being aged around 8 years old when I first heard this music and witnessed the opening scenes of World In Action on (IIRC) a Sunday evening.
Although it's a melancholy composition, it depicted the mood and content of the documentary very well. Job done!

Loving that ringway! :):)

Have to agree with The Good The Bad and the Ugly, especially Ecstasy of Gold and The Trio. I have also heard, but can remember which ad, Led Zeppelin's Kashmir
