I noticed that the rear Continental tyres had cracks in the side walls ( 30k miles, less than 4 yrs old) . I went to my usual tyre place and the guy pointed out that a front tyre had a bulge. Sure enough there was a bulge the size of half an egg. Unable to agree a price for replacement tyres, the next day I went to
another tyre place and ordered 4 tyres. When it came to fitting them, guess what- no sign of any
bulge. No sign of anything amiss in the inside of the tyre. All a bit weird. So I have ended up with
2 good(?) Continental tyres or have I?
