My first Mercedes was a W211 E270 CDi and I've had a soft spot for them ever since.

Maybe pulley and remap but to be perfectly honest it's that ferocious as it is anyway, I don't think I'll need to.

Im in the same boat as you. Considering having a pulley and remap but also feel it may be a waste of the best part of a grand for someone like me.

Also whilst Im not considering selling you have to consider that to the masses a standard car is more appealing.

Ended up covering around 5k miles before I sold it, took it for a blast up the glorious east coast of Yorkshire the day before I listed it for sale because I had a funny feeling it would sell quickly (and I was correct)

Anyway, here's a couple of final photos of one of my favourite ever cars;



If you're thinking of buying one, don't waste time; go for it. The £ per bhp is unrivalled in my opinion.
