Looks familiar to me.

I see a pretty much even balance of lousy tenants and lousy landlords. In proportion they are minor though.

I enjoyed it - quite balanced really.

Clearly there are vulnerable/inexperienced people being exploited on both sides.

She was definitely a tenant, not a lodger. He was a baddun with a brain - not good.
