The passenger seat stopped moving back, E class W207, 2011.

Hi.
The passenger seat moved forward automatically when the passenger got out of the back of the car, it got stuck and for some reason does not want to return to its place, the seat is shifted all the way forward which prevents the passenger from sitting freely. Is it possible to manually move the seat or do I need to replace the seat base with motors. Please advice.

Maybe something dropped into the runners and jamming it ? Or an object under the seat ?
