Hi Guys thought I would share this with you, I was out to lunch in Fremantle today and I came across this:
Anyway I got talking to a few other admirers and in the street next to us was a street entertainer playing the pipes, but modern stuff not like the dirge you usually get (apologies to our Scottish members) his name "The Mad Piper" and can be seen below in action.
anyway got talking to him over a few pale Ales and he told me he rescued it from the wrecker for $100 aussie, about £65 and is the process of restoring it for his pipe act vehicle. He then told me about his previous restoration which his girlfriend is now running, she can be seen at the rear of this photo.
A Ford Fairlane 500 cubic Inch = 8.2 glorious litres here in all it's glory.
Also snapped this outside the hotel a beautiful Pontiac GTO
