When buying from relatives, I don't get too hung up about the price. If you want the car, and the price seems reasonable, pay what your uncle asks. You can't haggle with relatives.

-Check behind the mud flaps
-Check the spoiler mounts for rust (and remove the spoiler )

I don't think it's the camera. W210s rust badly and silver is a difficult colour to match nicely.
