Well not vital IMHO, it's never too blisteringly hot here unlike the states Handy to have it but no big deal if it isnt available.

Fake AMG wheels. There's something a little strange with the engine bay pics, I can't put my finger on it yet but the front cover is missing for a start. If it could be bought cheap enough (and it's mechanically/bodily straight) it'd be a nice step up for someone, or a reasonable first C-class And yes, as Adam says, the air con is quite a big deal for cars like this (I wouldn't buy it myself) Will
