If he were selling Mercs, BM's or any other top marque this might work but not the cars he's trying to sell.

I'm not a badge snob and have nothing agaisnt Ford. All the Fords Ive owned have performed well, handled well and been super reliable.

Now, Delivery mileage cosworths and RS models have a market and I don't know of another car that depreciates less than an Escort Cosworth......

but a white low spec 'N' reg LHD festia for £3000 which has been up for sale for over a year!!!!!!!!

see more of them at...and have a giggle

P.S

I've met Rod Allen and hes an alright guy. He used to own a main dealer in Essex and my Mum bought a Fiesta from him 15 odd years ago but I think hes losing his marbles.

Am off to see this dealer. he lives near the majority of my family, what with them being in westcliff on sea.

shall be down on 21st april for a week.

If you're in the market for an over priced Ford then he's your man.

They've generally got low (in some cases staggeringly low) mileages, but I know whenever I've sold my wife's cars, which tend to do 2-3K/yr, I've never been able to get much value of the low mileage.
I tend to use her car now, whenever possible, and only take the MB out for long runs.

What a crappy site lol. Says "Last revised: 19/10/2002"... Could explain a lot!

thats because he never sells any of his stock. The advert for the same cars was in the local motoring rag (the free one you get on the way out of Sainsburys) which I picked up last week.

well that kind of narrows it down to every ford for sale everywhere really doesn it. what with them being dagenham dustbins etc.

Where do the cars come from.

He must follow ambulances from old peoples bugalows and wait for tearful relatives to leave the hospital before making them an offer on their Grandads car.

and judging by the LHD cars he must do the same thing while on holiday.

Mondeo built quality was above that of some Merc's not so long ago because they were being built in Germany and not America/africa....oh dear.......now I'm for it.
