Any one got problems with 3 coverage in Suffolk at the moment?

Yesterday, wifes phone displayed "emergency calls only"

Phoned 3 customer services, got the run-around, instructed her to re-set the phone (all contact details lost ). Ended up putting the sim into an old phone and it seemed to work. They said to take the phone to local carphonewarehouse for repair.

Minutes later old phone went to "emergency calls only"

Phoned 3 again - no record on their system of previous 30 minute call, so had to go through the same info again. They checked their system & said no problem at their end but said that her phone had connected to Orange - not even listed on her phone as an available network :dk:

She took time off work today to take the phone to nearest 3 store. They immediately said emergency calls only? - there is a mast down

Still on "emergency calls only" - anyone else got similar problems?

Also anyone got an e-mail address for 3 customer services (or higher level) as I don't like using their "contact us" system as a copy of the contact is not automatically stored at our end.

Had some "amusement" a few years ago with daughter's phone on 3 - and as a result would not touch them with the largest barge pole in captivity! Her phone was stolen in St Petersburgh, and the resultant mess was unbelievably complicated.
