I think its also part of the Tier 1 policy that you get the car serviced by an MB dealer or approved service outlet. If during the period you needed say a large service the extra cost at an MB dealer over a non approved service outlet MB specialist would also have to be factored in to the cost. I was thinking about the auto- transmission fluid and filter change at 5 years or 77,000 miles ?
