On the picture of the interior, there looks like there is a seat belt clip in the seat belt thingy but has no belt attached, is this so the car can be driven without a seat belt without any warning beeps going off.

Yeah, well spotted. But what is the point of that? What idiot would want to drive without their belt on with the nutters on the road these days. Oh, I know. Mr Tobin must be so large he can't get the belt round his belly. Probably ugly, too!
