Timing belt or chain

Hi, so I'm looking at getting a C350e in the very near future, like next week (practically worn out my Seat Leon after 15 years of service), does the C350e have a timing belt or chain, and when do they need changing

Chain and never.

Just regular oil changes and it should keep you going for another 15 years. The batteries may be the weak link.
