Tom Tom subscription ended pop-up

Hi, I have a late 2014 CLS, the facelift version with the "floating" info screen (I think NTG 5.0 from what I've seen, could be wrong!) The screen displays the "Tom Tom Subscription ended" pop up every day.
As I'm not interested in renewing, does anyone know if there's a way to disable this pop up as its quite annoying having to dismiss it every time before I can view anything else on the screen.
