^^ Sylvia is one of the preloaded voices on Tom Tom isn't it?
If so, I have the file somewhere on my PC too if you can't find it.

thanks both....don't think she is a pre-load, as she sometimes has some naughty comments....Either way, she's not on the Lexus built-in tomtom I have....(but there's space on the SD card....
