Tool of some sort

Found these hook type tools in the spare wheel well today in a sealed bag unopened. Almost like radio pins or something, anyone know what they are for?

Look like the tool you use for pulling out the instrument cluster on 190e and w124 ? Don't know what other models they can be used on ?

Some centre vents in the Mercedes require these tools to take off the vent cover. For example, in the W211 the centre vent has 2 tabs located in between the slots. This tool slides inside the vent in order to push down on these tabs and allows you to pull the vent cover off.

Ah ok, thanks for that. Is that what the two little rubber stoppers cover, where the screen cover flips up then. I will need these to fit my ipod interface then yes?

These can also be used as Butt Scratchers, as well as other things. Best used (as above) for pulling out the cluster.
