hers - slk 320, his - dull diesel BMW fleet :/, Xtrail, Honda CBR 1100xx, Yamaha YZF600, Ribble Road
or 7.00pm Tuesday - don't forget ;)

Now TG are copying 5th Gear! Radio controlled real cars! They should just merge the two shows and be done with it....

Although TG did a much better job of it. I want one of those radio controlled cars!

I says to hubby "can I have one of those radio controlled cars for Christmas?"

Hubbys says "No" :(

Haven't laughed so much in yonks :D :D

I can't believe they didn't show the RS4's lap! Boo hoo! :-(

Luckily, I can remember it being tested at the Ring. I remember it being very noisy and VERY fast!

What a waste of 1 hours worth of prime time TV. Every weeks the same. Bring Back Wheelbase!

i want one of those flying cars to put on my drive and amaze passers by as it floats over my house lol!

Was a bit impressed with the new Audi, to be honest I haven't been a fan of the new styling on Audis - the A4/S4/RS4 hasn't looked good since the original S4 IMHO. But that new one was awesome, and definitely higher up my "wish list" than a new M3! Really liked the seats too.

I wasn't overly taken with the Cayman, though will reserve judgement until I've seen one in the flesh...

I thought that £50K green racer was a wonderful weekend toy.....!!!!

Me too - sounded fantastic! I seem to remember reading somewhere they did a cheaper version with a moulded body (rather than the hand built aluminium one).

I have this awful feeling I am getting old, Top Gear seems to be following 5th gear. Both are now utter tripe !
I am interested in the cars, not some prat skidding round an airfield, the only guy I find the least bit interesting is the large one on 5th gear, who does tend to give you a review of the cars, rather than it's "0000.6 of second faster etc"

Paul.

yeah, i didnt like Tom to begin with (doesnt <sound> like a reviewer to me for some reason), but he is now great compared to the others!

personally i couldnt give a monkey's toss how fast a suzuki swift goes around a race track.... i doubt anyone who buys a suzuki swift does either. i understand that imprezas etc should be reviewed on a track as many owners will go for track days etc but not normal-road cars like standard fiestas and the like.
