This part was missing on the EPC or tucked away so deep in the system nobody could find it easily.
After some four years looking [and p1ssing a lot of Daimler people off in the process] I finally have the answer from Daimler themselves.
A124 670 15 39.
124 Cabbie owners, write it down somewhere safe in case it dissappears again. Hard to stop leaks unless you have not used this seal more than twice.
This is different to the front soft top seal, very similar in overall shape but smaller and different profiles of course. The two seals sit side by side in the photo, the hard one to get was the smaller of the two. Seal #1 in the second photo.
In the third photo it may be seen in position a little clearer, can also see why I needed a new one when we did the screen.
