Torque converter emptying?

Can anyone help;

How do you drain the torque converter on a 5G?

Oil capacity with an empty TC?

Oil capacity where the TC hasn't been emptied?

I think post 2000 cars dont have a drain on the TC.
Way to do it is to undo the return cooler lines at the transmission ,run the engine for 30 secs and it will empty.

There is a rubber inspection cap in front of the gearbox sump , then rotate the engine until this TC drain plug appears (if it’s fitted )

I think very roughly about 8L , half of which is in the TC (and a little in the oil cooler )

5g or 7g?

The 5g on my 2006 W203 didn't have a drain plug, the 7g+ on my 2013 W204 does have one.

No drain plug on 5g is to do with their stupid lifetime fluid claim.

mine is a 2009 300c which has all w211 running gear but only the 5g
