Total waste of time and money

Have just spent five days tring to order a part here:

after all the phone calls and emails they told me I should go to my local dealer. even though the part was advertised on their site with costings too. Was going to ship to a friend in Germany and then they said they could send it direct and in the end they said go to my dealer. Is that typical Merc or just pants.
I'm almost ready to change to another car maker. (Honda)
The last few weeks have been a nightmare with my car,
Indicator stalk U/S
CD on radio U/S
Rear bushes gone
Rear bulbs blown Regular
Battery playing up
What next? I will put it right and then decide.

I've ordered from them before with no trouble. In fact that's where I got my C32 full exhaust from.

No trouble with the purchase or even the shipping to the UK. You should have seen the size of the box it came in! As I said it was a full exhaust from the manifold back, it's all one piece stainless steel!
