Thats why he's paying the premium;- 7% of all claims involving drivers under 17 have a payout of over 25M as all the occupants need lifetime care.

Sadly I've heard similar tales of appalling service from neighbours and local contacts....you'd have thought Merc would have 'paid them a visit' by now.....
