Towbar fitment C250 AMG Estate.

I'm looking to have a detachable towbar fitted to my C250 Estate.
Any recommendations for a dealer in the Beds, Herts or Bucks area ?

I am not sure that AMG line vehicles have type approval for towing. My 2009 CLK doesn't due to insufficient travel in the rear suspension.

Just check the VIN plate on the door pillar. If it shows a GTW figure, then it's approved for towing.

AFAIK, it's only AMG models that are not approved for towing. The C250 is not an AMG but a C class wearing an AMG body kit

Did you get one fitted without cuts into your bumper - we are having a nightmare on our 2014 (64) new shape as they want to cut into the bumper. If you got this don ok can you advise please where you got it done.
