Tpm seems to be leaking

As the title says my tyre valves seem to be leaking very slightly,can the tpm sensors be changed and is it a diy job?

Replacing the TPMS sensor isn't difficult, BUT you'll need to have the tools to remove and the tyre from the wheel, then fit it back and balance it - and most people won't have access to this type of kit.
