TPMS with set of used alloys and tyres

I've found some used alloys with tyres and seller says includes TPMS. Question is how easy is it to get the car to detect the new TPMS's?

If they are genuine Mercedes TPMS's then all you will need to do is drive for a few miles and the car will pick them up. Whenever I changed my wheels I would need to drive about 2 or 3 miles before they registered.
