Hi,
You,ll need a 19mm combination spanner, half inch drive ratchet, 19mm socket, balljoint splitter, a decent lumpy hammer, and something to grip the steering rod like a pair of mole grips or possibly another spanner.
By measuring make sure you get the new track rod ends on as close to the position of your old ones and then get the tracking/geometry checked and adjusted after replacement.
