Does anyone know if there is an easy way to transfer Outlook and all its settings, folders, address book etc from an old PC to a new one.
If it makes a difference I am currently on Office 2003 and the new one will have Office 2007

All the other files and folders I need are already on disc waiting to be transferred.

Oh and I'm not technically minded so simple replies would be appreciated.

Here's a random tip. If you have lots of signatures to transfer:

To locate files:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to the menu, click Tools and select Options.
3. Select the Mail Format tab.
4. Go to the Signatures section.
5. Hold down the Ctrl key while clicking the Signatures button.
6. The directory that contains your signature(s) will open.
7. Copy the folders and files in the directory to a separate drive.
You now have a backup of your signatures which you can transfer to your new pc.
