Hi,

I have a w203 c220 cdi with 140000 miles on the clock. I just realised this morning that the transmission oil hasn’t been changed since 2013, with 70000 on the clock. I’m planning to get the multi pin plug changed(was shown to be leaking in a B service a couple months ago) and the oil and filter in the next few weeks. I find gear changes very smooth but do you think I have done any damage to the gearbox for leaving it for so long?

Those gearboxes might have been classified as 'sealed for life's and many never changed the fluid.
Yours was changed before and you can't roll back the clock.
Just get it changed soon, make sure that they either drain the TC or flush the 'box. Also make sure they use the correct spec fluid.

The ATF and filter are due every 37,500 miles or 4 years. The leak from the pilot bush is a common fault.

Il make sure I get it done in the next couple weeks, will be taking it to my local mercedes indie. Didnt realise it was that few amount of miles it should be changed!
