Hi guys/ladies the previous owner of my ml280cdi had a new speed sensor fitted at 65k, I have just purchased at 83k. Obviously it would have had a fluid change, but it was at a back ally dealer and looking at the service history he seems WELL suspect. Should I get it changed again? My x5 blew box blew up because of a similar thing so I'm terrified.
Also it has had a new speed sensor, is there anything else the box may need in the near future?
AND I drive like an actual snail, like really really carefully and I am returning 18mpg's, is this normal? It seems low. It's due a service b and booked in next week, will this help do you think? I cannot find anything about an air filter change anywhere in the history I would assume it would be blocked a bit.
Any help/opinions will be much welcomed. Ta
