well 3 months in and as far as i can ascertain no one from the fatherland has so much as glanced in the direction of the piece of metal that needs to be stamped by the press so not expecting any quick resolution to my problem

NEW SYSTEM FOR CLUB BOOKINGS
TRAX have changed the way club bookings work this year, meaning that individual club members can book their own tickets and vehicle passes for the stand. Please follow these instructions...
1. Club members must go to Club Tickets | TRAX to book their tickets
2. Next, select their Club from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password*
3. Proceed to select required tickets and place order
Once booked, they you receive a confirmation email as proof of payment


"We ask that you distribute this to your members in order for them to book their tickets and vehicle passes. Club space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book club tickets is Friday 19th August, subject to space availability."

PLEASE BOOK SAME AMOUNT OF TICKETS AND CAR PASSES - This allows the extras to be allocated at a later date, i will forward the club code to the people on the list by PM tonight.

So you can't just book a car pass on it's own like we did in the past and pay on the day for entry ? Which worked well, if you didn't know you could make it.

Hi Peter, im afraid not, previous years I have ordered the same number of passes as tickets (you never have been able to order passes by their own), I then had a surplus of passes if there was more than one ticket bought per car. These were the ones I distributed out.

this year as all the passes and tickets go out individually, I will have no spare passes

Im going to send them a message to see if I can get some spares but im not holding my breath.
