Tricky question on Which Space Saver

Apologies if this has been answered before, but I am struggling to find a definitive answer to this question. I have just bought a 2014 (October) C220 Bluetec Sport, which I love. As you know, these don't come with a spare, just the gunk and pump. So the hunt has begun to find the right space-saver for this model. And therein lies the problem. Shape says its a W205 but documents say 204, Variant R00RP0, Version NZAAB521.

So I have no idea which wheel to buy. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might be able to find from here the required sizes for both cars and see it they're the same. For a start, I'm pretty sure the 204 and 205 both use M14x1.5 bolts, which is helpful!

Thanks for this... at least its a starting point! Still no idea on the W204/W205 question.
