Just thought I'd recommend Truro Motor Services in Truro, Cornwall..

Recently replaced the waterpump on my W202 C280.. very good price, excellent workmanship..

Also repaired my wiper motor and fitted a genuine MB wiper for 1 hours labour..

Well impressed so will recommend them. They are MB only specialists, they are also linked to MB so you can retain your Full MB Service History.
