Turbo gone? W205 C250

Apologies if elsewhere, have had a search and can’t seem to find the same issue.

Any got ideas on what the below video could be a sound of?

Fearing it’s a turbo issue but not really had any detriment on power.

There is a slight whistle there, but more related to engine revs rather than a turbo whistle. When my turbo went on my old Nissan, the whistle was quite loud and almost independent of the engine revs as there is a slight lag while the turbo spins up. It may be a bearing on another item, water pump or other ancillary.
