Turbo oil and 3k rev limit with noise

Hi all,
i have noticed poor running now, a clicking actutor, oil from the air inlet side leaking down and will only rev to 3k with a rattle and like a dump valve noise... turbo u/s? it was only replaced a year ago
have it booked in with olly for a star reading on the 10th but noticed this today...
