Turbo oil and 3k rev limit with noise

HI all, i noticed oil today from the air inlet side of the turbo, wont rev past 3k and then makes a rattle noise and the a sound like a dump valve...
turbo u/s ? was only replaced a year ago i have it booked in for a star read with olly on the 10th but noticed this today....

have you checked all vaccum and main turbo pipes

I checked them all for leaks and they look good but thats not to say there is not a leak somewhere that i cant spot. the thing is that oil can only come from that hose joint if it was not sealed correctly i suppose and the clip broke when i put it all back together. now once warmed up i dont get that problem, cold i do!
i have P1408 unknown and P0478 exhaust sensor A circuit high in my generic reader..
i have removed the cat insides where the sensor A goes into (well i think thats A and B is in the DPF.

Ok i got a bit further with this, i ended up pulling the turbo off as the oil return pipe was leaking oil at the seal into the block. i took the actuator/vane motor apart and found that the plastic gears are all chewed up, the question is does anyone know where i could get ones of these motors tomorrow or is it order only? also the seal for the oil return pipe into the block? picture below..oh and pressure sonsor A whatever that one is....
