The instructions call for replacing the conrods on the M104 but if you used a modern EFI computer you could probably leave it stock. Not sure what the installation time is the conversion is done "by the book", maybe 30hrs?
The labour on mine was more like 300hrs but there was a lot more going on.

I ran about 100 hours.
That included dyno time, road tests and suspension modifications.
First " going by the book", then throwing the " book " away and making a more sensible install.
You could unlock a tremedous amount of power by discarding the complete fuel management as supplied by TT :thumb:
