TV reception in COMAND

Does anyone know of a relatively simple and inexpensive way of receiving terrestrial digital TV in the UK in a 2013 SLK with COMAND?

Unless you're going to use it a lot then a generous data allowance on your mobile phone SIM card is probably the most simple and most inexpensive way of doing this. Retrofitting third party tuners will be cheaper than OEM but might not be cheap.

I have digital TV in my ML and its not great, the screen is small and it only works in good signal areas and not on the move, I cannot see the point in them.
