Twin turbo kit for a 300CE 12v

What`s the diff between m103 and early m104 kit?

Do you have anything for sale?

No but i was going to show you this, but you already seen it Mercedes W124 300 24v Turbo Technics exhaust downpipes on eBay (end time 31-Jan-10 02:23:29 GMT) W124 AMG 300 24v Turbo Technics Kit (ECU injectors etc) on eBay (end time 31-Jan-10 03:07:08 GMT) He had all the kit for sale but than he used the turbos and manifolds on his own car.He had some mosselman manifolds but i don`t know if he still has them.

I have been trying to reach him, but with no luck. I really would like to buy that kit!!!
Im installing Megasquirt, so it doesnt matter if the intake etc. dont fit.

I have been searching everywhere for this, but it seems to be a hard thing to get.
I called Hughes of Beaconsfield today and they didnt have anything left.
I need the manifolds and turbos and oil inlet/outlet, the rest isnt important, but it seems to be the same parts that everyone else is looking for too..

I got my 24v kit for my M104 3.2 engine - but now its going on my SL

The kits are harder to come by these days because people don't want to pay what they are actually worth. Once you factor the costs of the manifolds/turbos and oil/water lines they quickly exceed £1000
Because Hughes sold off the last kits very cheap folk seem to think they are not worth any more than that. I saw a kit up for sale for £2000 and whilst the guy selling it was making a profit its still a very keen price for such a comprehensive kit

Remember originally these kits were something like an £8k option!

Yes, i know. We have a company in sweden that makes headers for a single installation, but ofcourse the cost will exceed 1000£, but than there are many parts in a kit like this that is outdated.

The electronics are outdated - thats why you are looking at Megasquirt and I am fitting DTA to the 190 when it finally gets done.

The turbos themselves are very small compared to the monsters that Roman builds, but they spool very very quickly and there is no lag - this is a kit with a limit of about 300-350hp on stock turbos. That said I may decide to upgrade to a pair of roller bearing T25s at a later date if I feel I need more. Janner has trouble laying down the power he has now!

The obvious alternative is to make your own - oil lines are not hard to do, turbos are available off the shelf and manifolds can be fabricated at home given time and research.

Do you know if he is here on the forum? his name?

He is on this forum as Philj but he don not come a lot.I`ll give him a call tomorrow as is late now.:thumb:

Yes, because of turbolag i prefer a twin turbo installation. And it would be very convenient to get a kit where things are ready to fit. I have built a hole lot of Volvo turboengines, so I know how much work it is. I can always buy a manifold from Roman and fit a smaller turbo than what he is suggesting, but i also would like a "stock appearance".
So i think you should sell me your kit!!!!! :o)

That would be great!! Thank you very much.
Im interested in the manifolds and downpipes.
Does any of you have any more data on the turbinehousing that the downpipes are made for?

Oh, but i must have posted more than 30 posts today, and it still doesnt work..
