how difficult would it be to drop the 3.6 into an SL 320 ? are both lumps using basically the same gearbox / f.i. / ecu systems or would it be a major headache?

why? it suits the car... i would rather supercharge it but nobody does a kit for the m104.

For 60Bhp? increase all that time & effort. if your going to do an engine transplant get a 55 in there.
