tyre choice

My tyre sizes are 225 x 45 x 18 and 245 x 40 x 18 when I go to buy tyres my choice is limited weird how the car people do the sizes and yet the standard C-Class is 17 inch all round.Can I go up on the rear to say 245 x 45 x 18 ? as I struggle to get a full set I tried getting Goodyear efficient grip but I can old get the front weird as I have the rear ones on but getting them now is a struggle.. I have gone for Michelin cross climate as a full set.

Finally got all 4 tyres the same Michelin cross climate put on only run the car back from shop but tyres feel really good and comfortable.
