Help !!!!

I've been using my freinds CLS 500 . Got a punture and replaced the tyre now the TPM light is on all the time and i have no idea how to reset it .

Does Anyone out there Know ??

ITs running on 19" amg rims if that makes any difference

Thankyou for your help in advance

Bring TPM up on menu and use + - buttons on steering wheel/
Takes about 5 miles but should reset ok

Yeah - its dead easy to do from the Menu and is just a matter of confirming "OK" once the you have found the option in the Cluster BUT you must make sure that the correct/same level of PSI is applied to i.e. the front near side wheel = off side wheel (PSI) for TPM to reset properly!!!

Thankyou for your help on this guys i will give it a go and let you know how i get on .:)

When you've finished your turn with the car, do you think your friend will lend it to the rest of us?

Dont think he'll be lending it to me again , only got it because i dropped him at the airport couple of days ago , and im car less at the moment untill my new E320 cdi arrives 4 weeks to go !!!:)

If you still have problems then if it works similar to the E-class, simply press the reset button,

In the Multi-Function screen the following message will appear:

Monitor current tyre pressure?

Just press the + key and this will reset the monitoring system.

Good luck,
John
