Tyre recommendation needed for A200 Turbo

Currently wearing Continental Sport Contact 2, at 186 pounds a pop and seemingly needing at least two every eighteen months, wondering if something chaper would suffice, or am I stuck with these as need two new ones now, thanks.

When I had the C220 the Contis that it came with only lasted 12k miles. On the S211 E220 the original-fit Michelins at the rear lasted 30k, and the fronts were still legal when I changed them at 48k.

Of course neither of those examples was on an A200 turbo and YMM well V.

In my experience the Michelins wear best. Never had an A class so cant be sure if this holds but on all our cars over the years the Michelins have lasted the longest
