tyre size confusion w202

going to take delivery of some azev a this week. the fronts are 7.5 j 17...the rears 8 j......i am a bit miffed on what tyre sizes will go on to give it the look i recquire was thinking of stretching a 205 40 17 on the fronts? and a 225 45 on the rear...has any one got any pics of a motor with the same size rims?

Why stretch the tyres ?

Are you going for a Euro look ?

Mine has 7.5 x 17's all round with 225/45/17 all round...

I think you would be better putting the 225's on the front and 245 or 255 on the rear ....

Yeah a 225/45/17 would be ideal for the fronts, and possibly a 245/40/17 for the rears

No point stretching on rims that narrow IMO?
