Tyre size help

Brother has just bought a E250 coupe with 18" wheels, what is the correct tyre sizes? there staggered.

Probably easier to search for "tyre size" in the forum search. There are various calculators. That or post the actual wheel size, and hope somebody else will search for you. 18" is not enough info.
