Car
C class 220
C220 running on 16in wheels with Pirelli on the rear and Michelin on the front all 205/55/16R,I seem to be getting an unacceptable amount of road noise all pressures are correct. The tyres were fitted 1 month ago and have done less than 2 hundred miles.

Quietest tyers for me are Dunlop Sportmaxxt2 good rim protection excellent in wet, long lasting 31,500 miles on last set of rears, 69dcbls. Maybe try reducing pressures slightly may help. Why not same make all round?

Got them for a good price while boss was on his lunch🍷

Which are the new tyres - the Pirellis at the rear, or the Michelins at the front?

Presumably it's the new tyres that are noisy - I.e. the car was quieter before?
