I had a vibration from a new set of Pirelli Pzero which was driving me crazy. It started very soon after they were first fitted, and I was covering a fair number of miles at the time, so by the time Pirelli came back to me following their analysis they were half worn.

I forget what they offered but it was very reasonable, I think it was a full refund, which considering that I’d half used them was pretty good! Some friends said that put them off, I have to say it did quite the opposite and I’ve bought many more Pirelli Pzero since.
