Understanding car numbers and part numbers

Hello all,

I'm trying to locate a couple of second hand parts including a seat belt and a wing mirror.

I have had the car 6 months and this is the first time I've needed some new parts. I am a bit confused with the model numbers and would be grateful if someone could please tell me of an easy way to establish whether I need parts for a W203 or CL203 car?

My car is a C220 CDI Coupe (Mercedes C220CDI Sports coupe | Auto Express)

Any help really appreciated- I want to make sure I dont buy the wrong parts!

Also, is eBay the best place? I'm based in the Midlands so if anybody has any contacts or suggested sellers I'd be really grateful.

It's the first three numbers of your VIN.

Does that include the letter- i.e.- W or CL?
