Hi,
New to the forum and new to Mercedes Benz ownership, I purchased a 04 CLK 270 with 92k on the clock two months ago, and while very impressed with the MPG and the drive of the car regrettably I have had a few problems which to date have cost £300+
Firstly had to have a drop link replaced, then a bottom front control arm and steering ball joint, followed via a new set of pads and discs due to a vibration when braking.
Now I have an oil leak from an unknown part which I have attached pictures below, I have been told via my local Mercedes specialist that this is the turbo on the way out, really hope this isn't the case, love the car but cant keep spending money out, especially this early into ownership.
The first picture show where the oil appears to be coming from this is in-line with the pipe from to the inter-cooler?
Second picture show location which is front right hand side of the engine
Third picture shows one of two sensors which are on the unit
Any suggestion on what this is (or could be) would be greatly appreciated...
Cheers
Malc
