Anybody seen one of these before? It came out of a W126 & looks factory to my eye. I can't find it on EPC & while there are some numbers on it I can't see anything beginning with '126'. It's well done, not some mickey mouse bodge job.

Have seen similar things in 'specialist' type of cars, ie those that might be armoured or carry 'high profile' individuals, ie one mirror for driver, one for passenger/observer.
As a W126, unlikely to have been a normal driving-school car.

Had something similar in the wife's Zafira when the kids were little to keep an eye on them but it was definitely aftermarket , just something that clipped on , not like the one shown here.
